Shipping
- We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery (3–6 business days): free above ₹2,999, otherwise ₹149.
- Express delivery (1–3 business days): ₹299.
- You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. You can also check status any time on Track your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹50,000 with a ₹49 handling fee. Please keep the exact amount ready, or pay the courier by UPI.
Returns
- Return unused items in original packaging, with tags, within 7 days of delivery.
- Perfumes can be returned only if the seal is unbroken. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- To start a return, open your order (from your account or order tracking) and choose “Return items”. We’ll arrange a pickup.
- Online payments are refunded to the original method; COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer — within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.
Exchanges
Need a different colour or size? We’re happy to exchange within 7 days, subject to stock. Belts can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Write to care@mmtimestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
